ABOUT YISLE

I know the Weight of "Not Yet."

Because I know what it means to want more, question yourself, and believe you need to have it all figured out before taking the next step.

I Learn to Begin Before I Felt Ready.

Hello, my name is Yisle Marrero.

I'm a Life & Leadership Coach, a mother, an entrepreneur, and a woman who understands what it feels like to know you are capable of more, yet still question whether you are ready to take the next step.

For a long time, I believed I needed more clarity, more confidence, more knowledge, or the perfect plan before I could begin. I had ideas and dreams, but overthinking and self-doubt often made me hesitate. I kept waiting for the moment when I would finally feel completely prepared.

That moment never came.

Instead, I learned something that changed the way I approach my life and my work: we don’t always become confident before we begin. Sometimes, confidence is created because we begin.

My personal and professional journey taught me to trust myself, change direction when something no longer felt aligned, and move forward without having every answer. I learned that clarity often comes through movement, transformation requires honesty, and meaningful change happens when awareness becomes intentional action.

Today, I help capable women who are tired of second-guessing themselves and waiting for permission to begin.

The women I work with often have meaningful ideas, valuable experience, and a desire to create something more for their lives. They may want to start or grow a business, become more visible, share their voice, step into leadership, or pursue a dream they have postponed. But fear, perfectionism, external validation, or the belief that they should have everything figured out keeps them feeling stuck.

My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you reconnect with the capable woman who is already within you.

Through a warm, honest, and supportive coaching space, I help you understand what is holding you back, challenge the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your self-trust, and turn your ideas into clear, intentional steps.

My coaching approach is built around three principles:

Clarity to recognize where you are and what you truly want.
Transformation to challenge the fears, beliefs, and patterns limiting your growth.
Action to turn awareness into courageous and intentional movement.

I believe you do not need to eliminate every fear before moving forward. You need enough clarity to identify your next step and enough self-trust to take it.

If you are ready to stop doubting yourself, show up with greater confidence, and turn your ideas into action, you do not have to figure it all out alone.

You are allowed to begin before you feel ready.

Sometimes, beginning is how you become ready.

The women I work with are capable and quietly exhausted by their own inner critic.

1- Second guess yourself even when you know what you want.

2- Wait to feel more confident, prepared or ready.

3- Overthink decisions until action feels harder than it needs to.

4- Knows something needs to change, but you don't know where to begin.

5- Keep waiting for the "right time" instead of taking the next step.

6- Fear of failure or judgment keeps you playing smaller than you want.

Recognizing yourself here isn't a reason for judgment. It's an invitation to understand what has been keeping you stuck and choose differently.

" Transformation begins when you stop waiting to feel ready and start trusting yourself enough to take the next step."
